I've been working as a psychotherapist since 2017, as part of the doctorate in psychology I completed at the Université du Québec à Montréal. These studies have led me to take a particular interest in issues of self-esteem (the sense of worth one has of oneself) and suffering, as well as end-of-life issues.

I was lucky enough to gain valuable clinical experience as a psychology intern working with a varied clientele at the Notre-Dame family medicine clinic (GMF-U), as well as in oncology and palliative care at the Maisonneuve-Rosemont hospital in Montreal. Originally from France, I initially studied electronics and computer engineering, as well as business administration, before working in the telecommunications sector for a dozen years. I moved to Quebec in 2011, and have been based in Sherbrooke since 2023.

I am a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec. My clinical approach is integrative: mainly humanistic-existential in orientation, depending on the problems encountered, I also use clinical tools drawn from cognitive-behavioral (CBT) or psychodynamic approaches.

I'm comfortable meeting people in both French and English.
